With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Venita M. Nowatzke of Walkerton, Indiana, born in Union City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 15, 2024 at the age of 75. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Venita M. Nowatzke to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Denzil Sweeney and Marion Sweeney (Briggs); and her husband Robert Nowatzke Sr.. She is survived by: her daughter Stacy Rice (Kirk) of Walkerton; her grandchildren, Devin Rice (Rebecca) of Walkerton, Skyler Rice (Ashley) of Walkerton and Shelby Rice of Bremen; her great grandchildren, Blaze, Greyson, Ryker, Jaylan and Eleanor; and her siblings, Viola Sullivan (Wayne) of Inwood, Virginia Delap (Dale) of Argos, Valora Palmer (Bob) of Culver and Jeff Sweeney (Helen) of Grovertown.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Center for Hospice.
