He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Dollahan and Marry Dollahan (Scott); his wife Beaulah Dollahan; his grandsons, Jerry Pullins and Ryan Beem; and his siblings, Albert, Jerry, Ronnie, Larry, Jake, Terry, Jan, Richard Jr., Evelyn Dollahan, Marilyn Haines, Carolyn Clifton and Lindy Allen.
He is survived by: his children, Karen McFarland (Clyde) of Culver, Susan Louzon (Rick) of Walkerton, Lynn Barden (Elson) of Walkerton, Art Beem (Patti) of Gulfport, FL and Robin Beem (Beth) of Walkerton; his grandchildren, William McFarland, Elizabeth Johanan, Melissa Hodges, Stephanie Monico, Kelly Kluener, Ethan Barden, Dustin Beem, Brandy Beem, David Pekofske, Corey Louzon and Craig Louzon; and his sisters, Connie Warren (Dave) of Walkerton and Jackie Pugh of Culver. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made in Tom's name to Riley Children's Hospital.
