Theresa L. Auman Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa L. Auman of Walkerton, Indiana, who passed away on July 10, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Theresa L. Auman to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Linder Schmeltz and Maxine Schmeltz (Clingenpeel); her brother Allen "Toad" Schmeltz; and her pet Bernie. She is survived by: her children, Laura McKesson (Dave) of Walkerton and Jayson Auman (Kimberly) of North Liberty; her grandchildren, Kevin Auman (Amber Casteel) of Rossville, GA, Ashley McKesson of Walkerton, Kruz Auman of Van Wert, Ohio, Hunter Auman of Van Wert, Ohio, Jacob Wardlow of North Liberty and Julie Auman of North Liberty; her sister-in-law Colleen Kirkbride (Joseph) of Ft. Meyers Beach, FL; her nephew Andy Schmeltz (April Brandt) of Kalamazoo, MI; and her aunt Wanda Jones of Michigan City. She is also survived by numerous cousins, neighbors and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate the contributions of non-perishable food items be brought to the funeral home for donation in Theresa's name to the American Legion food drive and the Walkerton Pantry. Also, in Theresa's name donations can be made to one of the following: The American Legion, Department of Indiana by check via U.S. Mail to the American Legion, 5440 Herbert Lord Road, Indianapolis, IN 46216.
