He is survived by: his parents, Bruce Anthony Smith of Walkerton and Karen Ann Beelaert of South Bend; his siblings, Tori Armstrong (Eric) of Elkhart and Ryan Anthony Smith of Wilmington; his aunts and uncles, Jeffrey Smith of New York, Gregory Beelaert (Bryan Barr) of South Bend, Randy Kosinski (Saundra) of Xenia, William Beelaert (Debbie) of Granger, Mark Beelaert (Cristina) of Sun Valley, Kimberly Smith of Illinois, Samantha Fraser of South Bend and Rosemary Metz of South Bend, Indiana.; and his children, Paisleigh Smith, Lavender Smith and Orion Barger.
