He was predeceased by: his brother William Packer; and his grandparents, Rube, Evelyn Runyan and Mae Packer. He is survived by: his mother Sandra Packer of Walkerton; his daughter Alisha Packer of North Liberty; his siblings, Kathleen Packer-Sons (Roger) of Plymouth and Jim Packer (Shawna) of Walkerton; and his grandson Skylar Cole Frazier. He is also survived by 7 aunts, 1 uncle, and 7 nieces and nephews.
In his memory, donations may be given to Riley's Hospital for Children.
