It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard C. Brantley of Walkerton, Indiana, who passed away on November 14, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Brantley and Violet Brantley (McCarty); his son Rick Brantley; and his siblings, Betty Birkwhistle, Twilo Campbell, Peggy Rose, Jim Brantley and Larry Brantley.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Seider; his children, Eve Cole (Kirk) of Chesterton, IN, Dawn Armentrout (David) of Walkerton and David Brantley (Val) of LaPorte; his stepchildren, Rony LaBere (Chris) of North Liberty, Donna Litteral (Randy) of North Liberty, David LaBere (Tina) of Walkerton and Roger LaBere (Andrea) of Fish Lake; and his siblings, Kay Chario of Mishawaka and Kent Brantley (Susie) of Walkerton. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
