He was predeceased by: his sister Janet Pasek. He is survived by: his parents, George Turner of Koontz Lake and Mary Ann Turner (Dixon); his wife Deborah Barr (Hinshaw) of Koontz Lake; his stepdaughter Madeline Munoz (Junior) of Oak Lawn, IL; his granddaughters, Jayleen and Rayna; and his siblings, James Turner (Donna) of Crete, IL, Daniel Turner (Jennette) of Frankfort, IL and Linda Turner of Koontz Lake. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
