He is survived by: his wife Marsha St. Cin of Koontz Lake; his children, Zachary Foust (Karen) of Lima, Dawn Capps of Bloomington, IN, Noell Beard of Kokomo, IN and Miranda Foust (Terry) of Portland, OR; and his brother Monte Jo Zincan (Susan) of Kokomo. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
