He is survived by: his children, Tammy Hockett (Robert) of Walkerton, Tracy VanDuyne (Timothy) of Argos and Daniel Hiler (Jennifer) of North Liberty; his grandchildren, Mieranda Canul (Gilberto) of Walkerton, Derek Hiler of Walkerton, Brody Hiler of North Liberty and Isabella Hiler of North Liberty; his great grandchildren, Royce Canul, Avayah Canul, Aviella Canul, Azelliano Canul, Aniah Canul and Renley Hiler; and his close buddy Bruce Wharton of Walkerton.
