He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Ray and Neralda Wines (Jones); his spouse Sandy Westveer; his brothers, Earl and Bill Wines; and his granddaughter Alyssa Ankin.
He is survived by: his children, Shasta Wines, Sonja Rush and Joe Wines (Jennifer); his siblings, Al Wines (Donna), Janet Wolkins, Nancy Kirk and Judy Vanlue; and his grandchildren, Kaiden Rush, Dalton Ankin, Cindel Wines, Noah Rush, Xiya Wines, Hudson Rush and Zandra Wines. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and family.
