He is survived by: his children, Brenda Davis, Teresa Martin (Chris) and Billy Sandy; his stepsons, Jerry Wingett of La Porte and Carl Brown of Elkhart; his grandchildren, Chris Jr., Masynne, Michael, Matthew, Robert, Amanda and Angela; his sister Paula Waltman (Craig) of Rolling Prairie; his caregivers, Blanche and Diane; and his wife Carol Ann Wingett.
