Allen of Walkerton, Indiana, born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 14, 2024 at the age of 71. He was predeceased by: his father Earl Johnson; his adoptive mother Alice Allen; his wife Cheryl Clawson; his significant other Rae Morris; his stepson G. Benajah Boylan; his brother Harry Allen; and his nephew Danny Crist.
He is survived by: his significant other Candy Boylan; his children, David Allen Jr., Kelly Mishler and Renee Allen; his birth mother Delores DeFreeze; his grandchildren, Camden, Stephanie and McKayla; his brothers, Jim Allen and Van Allen; his stepchildren, Ivana Boylan, Cammie Boylan and Sue Domaska; his stepgrandchildren, Sgt. Benajah Lee Boylan, Connor Boylan, Lylith Boylan, Amber Domaska and Jon Domaska; and his half-sister Ruth Nielson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
