She was predeceased by: her father Fred Eugene Hartman; her son James Zemanek; and her mother-in-law Evelyn Zemanek. She is survived by: her mother Beverly Ann Hartman-Hill (Carlson) of La Porte; her husband Daniel Joseph Zemanek, Jr.; her children, Maggie Bohm (Nick) of Hanna, Christine Homan (Tad Hammock) of North Judson, Ryan Zemanek (Judy Fritter) of Plymouth, Rebecca "Becky" Burk of South Bend and Allison Zemanek of Asheville, NC; her grandchildren, Abigail, Sara Michelle, Isaac Bohm of Hanna, Liam James, Piper E. Hammock of North Judson and Rose Zemanek of South Bend; her siblings, Beth A. Lehker (Gaelen) of La Porte and Fred Hartman (Tammy) of North Judson; her nephews, Nicholas Peters (Jennifer) of Lafayette, Jason Peters of Walkerton and Kevin Day of Greentown; and her pets, Bella, Bubba, Hershey, Tinkerbell, Chessey and Rusty. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
