She is survived by: her daughters, Kristi Jaskowiak, Sarah Jaskowiak, Stephanie Campbell (David) and Erica Jaskowiak (Mike Ransbottom); her grandchildren, Chirstopher, Jayden, Brenden, Autumn, Trevor, Gracelyn, Milo, Brennon, Maximus, Annabella and Melanie; her siblings, Jonathan Banks, Lisa Banks-Blunk and Amanda Banks; and her former husband Dennis Jaskowiak.
