He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Chlupacek and Elizabeth Chlupacek (Okrzesik); his grandson Frank Arthur Chlupacek; and his sister-in-law Jean Chlupacek. He is survived by: his sons, Allen Chlupacek of Avon, Indiana, David Chlupacek (Meredith) of Walkerton, Indiana, Paul Chlupacek (Jessica) of Fish Lake, Indiana and Andy Chlupacek (Emily) of Walkerton, Indiana.; his grandchildren, Mitch, Edie, Ann, Vinny, Andrew, Kadence and Cole; his wife Marilyn Spence; and his siblings, Roman Chlupacek (Carol) of La Porte, Indiana, Joanne Janisch (Paul) of La Porte, Indiana and Monica Ellis (David) of Indianapolis, Indiana.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and to many brothers and sisters-in-law.
