He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Leroy Lemmons and Josephine Ruth Lemmons (Reed); his spouse Marlyn Lemmons (Hurst); his daughter Karen Harman; and his siblings, Marvin Lemmons and Phyllis Elliott.
He is survived by: his sons, Gary Lemmons (Diana) of Shelbyville, Gregg Lemmons (Melody) of Manilla and Dan Lemmons (Pam) of Waldron; and his grandchildren, Erika East, Grant Harman, Katie Fix, Lezlie Stocklin, Jason Lemmons, Jeremy Lemmons, Seth Lemmons and Courtney Harris. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
Friends may call on Wednesday evening, May 20, 2020 at the funeral home from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm, although not over 25 people will be allowed in the home at one time, due to Covid-19 mandates.
Memorial contributions can be made to American Macular Degeneration Foundation (AMDF) in care of the funeral home.
