It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence E. Rennekamp of Waldron, Indiana, born in Batesville, Indiana, who passed away on May 31, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence B. Rennekamp and Rose Marie Abplanalp; and his brother Jerome Rennekamp. He is survived by: his wife Joan M. Rennekamp (Andwan); his children, Daryl L. Rennekamp of Shelbyville, Donna Smith (Tony) of Morristown, Randal Rennekamp (Christina) of Pompano Beach, Susan Wettrick (Joe) of Shelbyville and Sandra Grunkemeyer (Randal) of Batesville; his sister Joan Botts (Tom) of Plainfield; and his grandchildren, Christina Rennekamp, Karen Gates, Andrew Spurling, Dylan Smith, Heather Stark, Ryan Smith, Gregory Rennekamp, Leanna Rennekamp, Caleb Rennekamp, Jeffrey Rennekamp, Lisa Starost, Joni Wheeler, Ryan Grunkemeyer and Justin Grunkemeyer. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
