It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irma Ozena Modlin of Waldron, Indiana, who passed away on July 29, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William George and Lucenda June Brooks (Driskill); her husband Walter L. Modlin; her son Gerald Modlin; and her granddaughter Sarah.

She is survived by: her children, Robert Modlin, Roxanne Baker (Paul), Debra Guy (Robert) and Lee Modlin (Nancy). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
