It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Mitchell of Waldron, Indiana, born in Shelbyville, Indiana, who passed away on November 28, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Charles Mitchell and Wilma J. Mitchell (Swinford). He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia A. Mercer-Tucker and Stephen Mitchell; his nieces, Vera Mercer and Pamela Garrison (Bobby); and his nephew Jimmie Mercer. He is also survived by 9 great nieces and nephews, 7 great-great-nieces and nephews.
