It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wayne W. Weldy of Wakarusa, Indiana, who passed away on March 23, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius S. Weldy and Golda B. Weldy (Wenger); his former wife Ruby J. Weldy (Cox); his granddaughter-in-law Lisa Weldy; his daughter-in-law Julie Weldy; and his siblings, Alma Weldy, Vernelle Weldy, Vivian Brown, Pauline Stahly and Harold Weldy.

He is survived by: his wife Diana Weldy (Burkey); his children, Barbara Christophel (Steve), Jerry Weldy (Bonnie), Mark Weldy (Denise) and Tracy Weldy; his grandchildren, Phoebe Hughes (Greg), Curtis Christophel, Casey Weldy (Traci), Kory Weldy, Amanda Jacobson (Scott), Dennis Weldy (Kristyn), Joshua Weldy (Kristy), Crystal Dennie (Clint) and Steph Creamer (Jordan); and also Vernard Guengerich. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
