She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Stickel and Grace Stickel (Overholser); her siblings, Robert Earl Stickel, Arthur Stickel (Bertha), Dorcas, Lucile Stickel and Pauline Nusbaum (Lawrence); and her nephew David Stickel.

She is survived by: her sister Miriam Stickel Hawks of Wakarusa; and her nieces and nephews, Randy, Bruce, Kent Nusbaum, Dan, Terry Hawks, Sandy Lechlitner (Stan), Renee Nusbaum and Debbie Schmidt (Rod).
