He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph McCuddy and Ruth McCuddy (Kempf); his wife Betty Frank; and his siblings, Betty, Ralph Jr., Richard, Ruth and Robert.
He is survived by: his sons, Steve McCuddy (Meg Sauer) of Jimtown and Tom McCuddy (Brenda) of Jimtown; his grandchildren, Jeanna McCuddy (Ryan Culp), Jamie McCuddy (Don Gates), Justin McCuddy (Michelle), Sean McCuddy (Jen), Ryan McCuddy (Rachael), Aaron McCuddy and Sara Rohl (Corey); and his great grandchildren, Andrew, Ryan, Julia, Jordan, Gaby, Ethan, Mason, Emersen, Asher, Trinity and Gwendolen. He is also survived by his family; he enjoyed his children and grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Mick's name can be given to Jamestown United Methodist Church or Caring Cove Hospice.
