He was predeceased by: his parents, L. T. Butler and Myrtle Butler (Sherwood). He is survived by: his daughters, Katha Machalleck (Mike) of Vandalia, MI and Jill Jirikovic (Roger) of Davison, MI; his grandchildren, Brian Machalleck (Kris), Lori Noyer (Jason) and Kristi Jirikovic; and his great grandchildren, Addison, Brynn and John.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to be made to the 1st United Church of Christ or Bayshore Gardens Community Church, 6228 26th St. W., Bradenton, FL 34207.
