He was predeceased by: his grandfather Michael Swygart. He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey Swygart and Kimberly Swygart (Minnich); his brother Jack Swygart of Wakarusa, IN; his grandparents, Diane Ragsdale (Jerry) of Osceola, IN, Ryan and Sharon Minnich of Wintersville, OH; his great-grandparents, Emerson, Leora Minnich of Nappanee and Mattie Ulrich of Wakarusa; his great-great-grandparent Betty Kuhn of Arcanum, OH; his uncle Ryan Swygart of Mishawaka, IN; his aunts, Kristen Darst (Michael) of Fishers, IN and Kari Hubley (Blake) of Austin, MN; and his cousins, Scarlett Swygart and Aila Darst.

Memorial contributions in Kade's name can be given to Nappanee Missionary Church Children's Ministry.
