He is survived by: his parents, Victor Howey and Carolyn Howey (Hall) of Pierceton, IN; his significant other Domitila Vaca of Wakarusa, IN; his children, Victor, Nicholas, Delilah, Alejandra, Sophia, Trever, Logan and Letti; and his siblings, Jayson Howey of Pierceton, Joshua Howey (Skyler) of Goshen, IN and Elma Heileman (Dustin) of North Webster, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
