She is survived by: her children, Michael Samolczyk, Mark Samolczyk (Cindy), Anne Samolczyk, Jean Samolczyk and Susan Wojtanek (Ken); her grandchildren, David Samolczyk (Julia), Grace Caley (Nick), Kathryn Samolczyk, Alec Samolczyk and Matthew Wojtanek; and her great grandchildren, Caroline Caley, Lillian Samolczyk and Vivian Caley.
