He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Mullins and Goldie Bowen (Stegall); his wife Dorothy Mullins (Hogendobler); his son James E. Mullins; and his siblings, Conrad Mullins, Ben Mullins and Ann Palmer.
He is survived by: his children, Janice Mills (Michael), John Mullins (Cathy) and Joseph Mullins; his siblings, Charles Bowen, Sharon Hutchinson and Beverly Masters; and his daughter-in-law Patricia Mullins. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and many nieces & nephews.
