Francis M. Bender Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis M. Bender of Wakarusa, Indiana, born in Topeka, Indiana, who passed away on September 17, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Bender and Nora Bender (Troyer); and his brother Lavern Bender. He is survived by: his wife Mary Catherine; his sons, Curtis John Bender (Deb) of New Paris, Phil Bender (Patty) of Fishers and Steve Bender (Ida) of New Paris; and his grandchildren, Jenny Perek (Steve), Jonathan Bender, Jeremy Bender (Alisa), Jessie Myers (Greg), Tyler Bender (Lauren), Tara Bender, Trisha Perkins (Bryce), Jordan Bender (Jessica), Lindsey White (Lucas), Kelsey Bullock (Brad) and Austin Bender (Whittley). He is also survived by 25 great grandchildren.
