He is survived by: his mothers, Joyce Culp and Mable Culp of Fort Myers, FL; his wife Lisa Moyer of Wakarusa, IN; his children, Bradley Culp, Sarah Culp, Matt, Justin, Emily, Daniel and Allison Moyer; and his siblings, Bruce Culp of Cicero, IN and Betty Love.
