Alex C. Shively Obituary

He was predeceased by: his grandfather David R. Eshelman. He is survived by: his parents, Steve Shively and Deb Shively (Eshelman); his siblings, Sarah (Steve Seiler) and Brady (Katie Gall); his grandmother Joan Eshelman; and his nieces and nephews, Emeric, Josephine, Warren, Genevieve Seiler, Tucker David and Dexi Jo Shively.

Memorials may be made in Alex's honor to ADEC Day Services and Camp Millhouse.
