He was predeceased by: his parents, James Aquilla and Marticha Montgomery (Lashbrook); his brother James B. Montgomery; and his son-in-law William Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Montgomery (Remfry) of Wadesville, IN; his children, Laura M. Montgomery Sandin PhD (Karl MD) of Wheaton, IL, Cheryl Ray (Kris) of Wadesville, IN, Peggy Sue Cooper of Griffin, IN and Warren Keith Montgomery (Tammy) of Evansville, IN; and his brother Robert Montgomery. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandson.
