He was predeceased by: his siblings, Susan Gunter, Bonnie Markham and Larry Lewis; and his son Bradley McKinney. He is survived by: his wife Janie Lewis; his children, Todd Lewis (Tonya), DJ McKinney (Misty), Tara Marvel (Robin), Tracy Fitz (Demetrius) and Sherry McKinney; his siblings, David Lewis, Diane Straiter and Linda Fieber; and his close friend Jeff Ricketts. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
