He is survived by: his significant other Dana Thornburg of Wadesville, IN; his children, Gabe Jarvis, Chanda Patterson, Chance Jarvis of Evansville, IN and Blake Jarvis; his stepson Chad Thornburg; his siblings, Sherry Copeland (Roger), Carrie Starks, van and Greg Jarvis (Roxanne) of Richland, IN; his grandchildren, Kiera and Ambria; and his nieces and nephews, Ashley O'Conner, Lindsay Copeland, Nathan Jarvis, Devin Starks and Caleb Lengacher.
