He is survived by: his wives, Joyce Chastain and Joyce Diaz (Chastain); his children, Diane Diaz of Boonville, Rick Diaz of Louisville, KY, Tony Diaz of Jasper and David Diaz of Newburgh; his siblings, Carmen Collazo, Minerva Lanzo, Rosita Suarez, Antonio Diaz and Jose Diaz; and his grandchildren, Kyle Diaz, Samantha Klingenberg, Drew Diaz, Brooke Diaz and Josh Ammon.
