She was predeceased by: her son David Dale; and her sister Betty Krietemeyer. She is survived by: her husband Donald Lee Dale; her son Bob Dale (Anne) of Newburgh; her brother Paul Barchet (Jeannie) of Cynthiana; her grandchildren, Shannon Smith (Richard), Austin Dale, Megan Dale, Lenlee Haase (Adam), Laurel Smith (Stephen Vanhooser) and Ballan Katterjohn; and her great grandchildren, Adalynn, Aunika Haase and Poppy Smith.
