It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joseph H. Effinger (Wadesville, Indiana), who passed away on August 9, 2019, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Aloysius Effinger and Gertrude Effinger (Brandsasse); his wife Cecile Gully of Mulhouse; his son Tom; and his brother Aloysius. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, plus step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
