It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gene Thompson of Wadesville, Indiana, born in Princeton, Indiana, who passed away on December 23, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Sr. Thompson and Virginia Thompson (Mowrer); and his close friend Carolyn Thompson. He is survived by: his children, Glen Thompson, Greg Thompson and Gloria Galletta (Anthony); his grandchildren, Meredith Lincoln, Amanda Truitt (Brandon), Aaron Thompson (Mallory), Sarah Wilcox (Landon), Madison, Quinton, Kourtney Thompson and Stacy Galletta; his sister Linda Johnson (Charlie); and his stepchildren, Blaine Newman (Sarah) and Gina Newman (Jeff). He is also survived by several cousins and many mason friends.
