He is survived by: his parents, David Fuhs, Sr. (Traci) of Francisco, Indiana and Angela Fuhs (Dan Straton) of Poseyville, Indiana; his children, Kyleigh R. Fuhs and Hunter L. Fuhs; his siblings, Ashley Renaee Fuhs of Mt. Vernon, Michael Eugene Fuhs of Cynthiana, Thomas Joseph Fuhs of Princeton and Austin Wayne Fuhs of Evansville, Indiana; and his grandparents, Michael, Donna Fuhs, James, Mary Riley and Melody Hirsch.
