He is survived by: his wife Joann Hurt (Wagner); his daughter Sandy Lashley (Brad); his siblings, Beverly Pearl, Carolyn Lammella and Terry Hurt (Sue); his grandchildren, Megan Helfert (Zach), Cody Lashley (Kelly), Caitlin Lashley-Shorter (Allen) and Austin Enright; his great grandchildren, Makenzie, Makayla, Madison, Madelyn, Maxton Helfert, Hannah Lashley, Aaliyah Lashley, Chase and Camille Shorter; his children, Jamie Brumley and Matthew Hurt (Tina); and his grandsons, Chad Thompson and Jacob Hurt.
