She was predeceased by: her father Albert Woodward; her husband Donald "Frog" Montgomery; and her brothers, Robert and Tom Woodward. She is survived by: her children, Donnie (Margaret), Jeff, Jason (Andrea) and Becky Dockery (Donnie); and her siblings, Judy Woodward, Mary Cooper, Patty Trinh, Vicki Nicholson and Leroy Woodward. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; several great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Deaconess VNA Hospice.
