Stephens of Evansville, IN and Pam Thomas (Richard) of Evansville, IN; her mother-in-law Mary Crowe; her grandchildren, Neveah, Dustin, Severina, Forsithia, Waylon, A'lecia, Bobby Lee and Kailee; and her nieces and nephews, Krissy Stephens, Darren Stephens, Alex Stephens, Gabriel Stephens and Jenn Thomas.
