He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earl and Elizabeth Ramsey (Brown); his former wife Loyce Marie Maier; and his siblings, Ruth Pearce, Faye Forrester, Diane Sue Wolf, Earl Gene and William Jacob.
He is survived by: his daughters, Beth Russell, Valerie Rubinstein (Henri), Alana Sprague (Kevin), Erin Blankenberger (Larry) and Stacey Jensen (Paul); his grandchildren, Laura Kuhn (Keith), John Adam Russell, Kristin Curtis (Jason), Jeremy Rubinstein (Kim Delvicchio), Abigail Sprague, Victoria Reidling (Justin), Benjamin, Kaitlyn Blankenberger, Zachary, Dylan and Audrey Jensen; his great grandchildren, Mallory, Natalie, Oakley, Presley Kuhn, Devin, Logan Curtis, Lexie Cortes, Taylor Rubinstein and Cecily Reidling; his sister Mary June Van Pelt; his wife Bonnie Prather; and his stepdaughters, Sue Carroll and Jane Prather. He is also survived by five daughters.
