He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Alvin Hart and Ruby Pryor (Tumey); his daughters, Kelly Jo Snapp and Angel Allen; and his siblings, Mary Jane Hart, Lawrence Pryor and Ida Louise Pryor.
He is survived by: his wife Marcia A. Allen; his children, Wendell L. Hart, Jr. of Spencer, Indiana, Curtis Hart of Spencer, Indiana, Arianne Hargrove (Chris) of Fort Wayne and Dulcie Hart of Washington, Indiana; and his siblings, Dennis Hart of Arizona, Dave Pryor of Martinsville, Kevin Pryor of Martinsville, Richard Pryor of Martinsville, Jenny Knowlton of Martinsville, Wanda Hickman of Martinsville, Sandra Barnes of Martinsville and Diana Petro of Monrovia, Indiana. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
