He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife JoAnn of Wabash; his children, Robert Hansen of Tennessee, Terri Hansen of Kokomo and Barbara Bonewitz (Elmer) of North Manchester; his stepson Dennis "Eddie" Shoemaker of Wabash; his grandchildren, Drew Eltzroth, Dereck Eltzroth, Casey Wyatt and Robbie Hansen; and his stepdaughter Denise Lewis.
