He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Bolen and Iva Dean Clark (Bitzel); his stepfather Richard Clark; and his sister Penny Honeycutt. He is survived by: his wife Judy Bolen (Walter) of Wabash; his sister Anna Easterday of Kingsport; and his stepbrother Noel Clark (Margaret) of Wabash. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews.
