He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward "Eddie" Baer and Thelma Baer (Sands); his former wife Carol Tucker; and his brother Ted Baer. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn "Katie" Snavely; his children, Lisa Hearn (Scott) of Wabash, Angie Baer (Michael Liu) of Columbia City, Mike Loe (Mary) of Sebring, Deborah Bechtol (Michael) of LaFontaine, Tony Loe (Kathy) of Wabash, Carolyn Stansbury of Wabash and Stacie Denniston (Jeff) of Wabash; and his brother Tonie Baer of Wabash. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, 12 great great grandchildren.

Todd and Katie enjoyed reading, so memorials may be made to the Wabash Carnegie Public Library.
