He was predeceased by: his parents, Louie Buga and Margaret Buga (Petrovich). He is survived by: his wife Dolores Buga of Wabash; his children, Thomas M. Buga II (JoAnn) of Wabash and Kimberly D. B. Woodward (Russell) of Indianapolis; and his sister Margaret Gerhart (Paul) of Three Lakes, Wisconsin.. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
