He is survived by: his children, Shelly Stewart (Jason), Amy Fisher (Randy) and Matthew Thomas Moore (Ali); his grandchildren, Rylan Thomas Stewart, Alexandria Kay Fisher, Vaughn Thomas Fisher and Thomas James Moore; his nieces and nephews, Junior Moore (Mary Ann), Ted Clevenger (Eileen), Craig Moore (Misty), Angela Anspaugh (Joe), Kristin Brinson (Josh), Rebecca Jane Clevenger, Jacob Thomas Clevenger and Nicki Yaple Robbins Preceding (Chris); and his sister Jane Ann Moore.
