She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward and Phyllis Warren, Sr. (Troyer); and her sisters, Kathleen and Linda. She is survived by: her husband Tom; her children, Thomas Curtis, Jr. of Wabash and Nakeia Hartley (James) of Wabash; and her siblings, Paul Warren (Pat) of North Manchester, Calvin Warren of Anderson, Ed Lee Warren, Jr. of Warsaw and Phyllis J. Harris of Anderson. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
