She is survived by: her children, Tommy Jay Sidebottom of Wabash, Indiana and Ashley Autumn Sidebottom of Wabash, Indiana; her siblings, Todd Bollan of Lenoir City, Douglas Bollan (Kim) of Wabash, Terry Bollan (Tracey) of Wabash, Indiana and Sylvia Calhoun (Ron) of Salem, Indiana; and her cousin Andrea Cruz. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins; and childhood friends.
